Coastal landforms include beaches, cliffs, headlands, bays, and spits. Beaches are gently sloping areas of sand or pebbles that are formed by the action of waves and currents. Cliffs are steep rock formations that are eroded by the sea, while headlands are high points of land that jut out into the sea. Bays are curved indentations in the coastline, and spits are narrow strips of land that extend out into the sea. These landforms are constantly shaped and reshaped by the forces of erosion and deposition along the coast. **

Rivers are natural flowing water bodies that typically originate from a source such as a spring or melting snow and flow towards a larger body of water like an ocean or sea. They play a crucial role in shaping the landscape by eroding rocks and carrying sediment downstream. Valleys are low-lying areas between hills or mountains that are often carved out by rivers over time. They can vary in size and shape, and are important features in the Earth's topography. **

Parallel hill folds are formed by the folding of rock layers in a parallel manner, creating a series of ridges and valleys that run parallel to each other. These landforms are typically found in regions with strong tectonic activity, such as mountain ranges and areas with active faulting. The folding of the rock layers is often the result of compressional forces, which cause the layers to bend and fold in a parallel fashion, creating the characteristic ridges and valleys of parallel hill folds. **
